RB1 LTD are a company made up of a team of electrical engineers with a strong background in the UPS industry and a passion for all things engineering related. We like a challenge and enjoy coming up with inventive solutions to your engineering problems.
We design and manufacture AC + DC switchgear specifically for the UPS industry. By utilizing Onshape 3D CAD and See Electrical ECAD along with our in-house Plasma CNC and Laser CNC machinery we can design and build 1st class engineered solutions for your UPS application. We have a range of standard products and can design and build bespoke solutions if required.
We are a UKAS-certified organisation, holding ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) accreditation. Our team is fully trained to the IEC 61439 standard, ensuring all assemblies meet the highest levels of safety, performance, and compliance.
We are proud to partner with leading manufacturers including ABB, Terasaki, Tempa Pano, Rittal, and Chint. All panels and assemblies are designed and manufactured in-house in the UK, giving us full control over quality and delivery.
With short lead times measured in days rather than weeks, we provide fast, flexible solutions without compromising standards. We self-certify all products with CE and UKCA marking, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
